What is the Auto-Replenishment Service?

We created the Auto-Replenishment Service to ensure you never run out of your favourites. Based on your selected frequency (6 months or 12 months), we will charge the card on file and automatically ship your item to you every 3 months. Enjoy healthy, mochi-skin and experience mindful beauty every day with RE:ERTH’s Auto-Replenishment Service.

Is Auto-Replenishment available internationally?

Yes it is! For 6 months, we will automatically ship your items all at once. For 12 months, we will ship your items to you every 6 months.

Can I change my shipping address?

Of course! Simply log in and go to your account at You can change your shipping address by clicking “Edit” under Account Details. If you have any difficulties adjusting this, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you with the change.

When is my next order date? Can I change my next order date?

All details about your auto-replenishment orders are displayed in the 'Manage Subscription' section of your account dashboard. You can change the order date by skipping a delivery or adjusting the frequency. If you have any difficulties adjusting this, please contact us and we would be delighted to assist you with the change.

Do other promotion codes apply to the order?

Promotion codes and other discounts are not applicable to Auto-Replenishment services. Please feel free to use gift cards, and redeem your Rewards Garden Petals for these services!
